Returns & Cancellations

RETURN POLICY:

We realize fragrance and product formulations are a very personal choice and what appeals to one person, may not to another. For this reason, we offer samples of all our products so that customers can test the fragrances and amenities prior to purchasing in bulk. It is highly recommended that you order samples first to avoid costly shipping charges on a return.

Amenities that have not been opened or used are eligible for a refund minus the non-refundable charges of shipping & Navidium shipping insurance (if selected) if returned within 14 days. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on return items that included shipping or qualified for free shipping in the original purchase. Items without free shipping will be charged a $10 restocking fee per item. Items must be returned in the same box and condition they were received in. If some of the items have been opened, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the items that are resellable. Orders past the 14 day return window are not eligible for a return or refund. 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:

While some of our items include free shipping, we do not cover the cost of return shipping and do not issue pre-paid labels. Note that shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded when the return is processed unless the item was shipped to you in error, in which case we will refund those charges as well.

To process a return request, please contact us first so that we can approve the return - we do not accept return shipments without prior authorization.

Once the order is approved for return, we will provide you with our return shipping address. Upon receipt of the return, we will inspect the package and issue a refund (less original shipping costs, and any applicable shipping protection and warehouse re-stocking fees) to the original method of payment. 

DAMAGED OR LEAKING ITEMS:

We have strict quality control on all our items, and take great care to package and ship items so that they arrive to you in perfect condition. Our amenities are packaged securely to prevent leaking during transit. It is rare for customers to receive a leaking item, but since we are shipping liquids, it does sometimes happen.

If you receive leaking or damaged products, please take a picture and contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with the carrier for replacement. If you receive a crushed or damaged package, do not dispose of it. The carrier may require an inspection of the package to process a damage claim. Please inspect your order within 14 days of receipt and notify us immediately if you have received damaged products.

All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. It is highly recommended that you order samples first to test the products as return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility (unless the return is the result of our error).

Cancelled Orders:

If you need to cancel an order you can do so as long as it has not been shipped. Orders that are cancelled after they have been placed, are refunded to the original form of payment less the 3% credit card processing fee that we are charged by the bank.

We do ship orders quickly in the order they were received. To inform us of a requested cancellation, please call or text us at 832-990-8711 to notify us of the order change, as we may not review emails before a shipment is processed. We regret that we are unable to cancel and refund orders once they have been shipped.
